Finally, after all the waiting, the first enemy and the combat system are here. Hitting the bar at the right time is a classic in games like this, so I decided to give it a twist both in concept and in shape, and made it round. I already have three more similar combat systems planned, just to play a little more with the idea.
It’s a bit tricky designing mechanics that work well with just one hand, but they’ll definitely be up to the task. I also fixed a few old bugs… and, as tradition demands, created a few new ones to be solved in the next update

She's a mimic, pretending to be a treasure chest to lure in her prey, though she’s not looking to eat them, she’s after... entertainment. The mini-game is basically foreplay. If she likes your lockpicking skills, you’ll get to open the final lock. If not, she’ll be the one using her key.
At the end of the mini-game, there will be a victory scene and a defeat scene, though they’re not ready yet.
The part that breaks is actually part of her outfit, but it can also be interpreted as her being trapped. I might give her a little redesign
I assumed that the trunk opened this way. By the way, if there is a treasure inside, can you draw crowns, diamonds, rubies, or something else? It's just that the coins look like seeds or something like that XD. IT DOESN'T MATTER if it's understood.

I didn’t think it was necessary to include any kind of penalty, although I am working on an illustration that shows up when you win, to go along with the button, and another one for when you fail more than three times.
But adding a penalty could be interesting, I’ll be reading the comments

As you wish, but you will have to create art both from victory and defeat, and also during the minigame. I don't see this game being challenging; I see it more as something calmer, and that's fine.
Yes, I had already planned a victory and a defeat illustration, and adding a penalty is mostly to prevent spamming. I’ll just reduce the amount of rewards, and after 3 to 5 failures, the mini-game will end.

To avoid spam, just put a cooldown wheel that only allows you to click once per second and increase the speed of the hand. Getting the game's currency takes too long and it's boring to take more than 5 minutes to get an upgrade. I don't think anyone likes to lose income XD. To level up, I have to use glitches and that's not good.
